PLASTIC COMPOSITES 3D PRINTING
Do you need the strength of aluminum alloy, but are you afraid of the cost? Is your project so complex, it cannot be “worked”? Plastic composite reinforced by glass, carbon or Kevlar fiber is a good alternative.
3D PRINTING OF THERMOPLASTIC POLYMERS
Thanks to the wide offer of printable materials, relatively fast production without the need of injection molds, 3D printing of thermoplastic polymers is a great solution for prototyping and small-series manufacturing of plastic parts.
3D PRINTING OF PLASTIC POLYMERS WITH HEAT RESISTANCE
Some products, especially for the energy industry, must meet heat resistance limits. And we know how to print those. Thermoplastic PC-FR and plastic composite Onyx-FR meet these criteria on the V0 level.
3D PRINTING OF METALSNEWEST
Production of complex parts that are hard to impossible to manufacture with classic equipment. Easy creation of cavities – great for injection molds. Option of “additional printing” on a foundation that was machined in a classic way = high efficiency of manufacturing of the complete part. Specific materials are machinery steel 1.2709, refractory nickel alloy INCONEL 718, metallurgical aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg.

If you require high strength comparable to aluminum, low weight, and affordability at the same time, go for printing of plastic composites. And if highest quality of machinery steel, metallurgic alloy, or refractoriness is necessary, then you need 3D metal printing.

3D printer of plastic composites Markforged XZ
Printer allowing printing of high-strength parts. In printing, glass, Kevlar or carbon fibers are integrated directly in the printed piece, giving it strength comparable with aluminum workpiece. Compared to aluminum product, however, the final product is lighter and cheaper.

This printer is available for wide range of thermoplastic polymer printing. The products are used globally, from unique marketing objects through auxiliary assembly preparation, to robot gripping jibs or cases in automated lines.

Thanks to TruPrint 300, in spring 2021, we can provide you with industrial 3D printing of metals both for individual and serial production.
The Laser Metal Fusion technology offers unlimited opportunities as to the function and design of the product. Laser technology can weld metals in the form of powder, for example steel (including machinery steel), aluminum, nickel or titan of up to 300×400 mm dimensions.
The applications of 3D printing are almost universal. That is why 3D printing does not limit in any way the portfolio of our customers. We print for both, B2B and B2C sectors; no job is meaningless to us. Plastic composite printing can be used in manufacturing of automated lines, where they can replace aluminum workpieces. Printed metal parts can be also used as parts of press molds, where the cooling channels are printed at the same time.
In order not to have chair leg imprints in PUR floor, we have manufactured tailored chair stoppers. Used material: Flexfill 98A.
Spare part for outdoor sunshade is hard to get, so we printed it. Used material: PETG.
Setting of manual pipe-bending kit, where formerly, wrench had to be used, is now much easier. Used material: PLA.
Convey Tables Connection
Allows for fixed connecting of convey routes, provided the connection can be disassembled. Used material: PC (polycarbonate).
