Our technological equipment for CNC and EDM machining is regularly inspected and serviced. Thanks to the reliability of these machines, we can rely on high precision. A fleet of Swiss type CNC lathes enables efficient production of smaller parts (large series) with high reliability.

CNC MACHINING

We use a 5-axis machining center and CNC lathe for demanding, mostly one-off and small batch applications.

EDM MACHINING

Wire cutting of various shapes, especially of press tool parts, is very precise and fast. The EDM drilling machine drills a hole through which a wire is pulled in the exact position of the workpiece.

SWISS TYPE CNC LATHES

For very large series of rotating parts up to 42 mm diameter. More complex parts that require partial milling are suitable for our CNC lathes equipped with a counter spindle and milling axis. We deliver the parts degreased and washed in a washing machine.
